Noel Massie
Noel Massie is the former Vice President of U.S. Operations at UPS, where he led more than 200,000 employees and oversaw nationwide logistics and delivery systems. Starting as a part-time college worker, he rose through the ranks over a six-decade career built on operational excellence, integrity, and values-based leadership. Noel is a passionate mentor to emerging leaders and serves on several national boards, including the Annenberg Foundation and the Los Angeles Urban League.
